Factory Acceptance Test

Our CEMS system undergoes a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) prior to shipment to the customer.

In the process, the CEMS is rigorously evaluated and compared with industry standards and customer specifications.

In this way, we guarantee a start-up without production downtime.

Comprehensive CEMS Maintenance Plans

Our specialised technical service offers customised maintenance, verification and calibration plans for monitoring equipment based on Directive 2008/50/EC.

This service consists of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for gas and particulate analyzers of automatic measurement systems.

These plans include periodic calibrations and zero and span checks traceable to national and international reference standards, checking of operating parameters and replacement of fungibles so that the instrument operates according to the specific requirements of the QAL 1 certification.

We can guarantee high availability and agility of response to incidents or breakdowns. We also have all the necessary means for on-site adjustment, repair and calibration, as well as backup instrumentation for the replacement of equipment, facilitating maximum operability.

NGC3 / QAL3 maintenance

In order to ensure the quality of data obtained by measurement systems in companies operating under EN 14181 standard, it is necessary to maintain strict quality control and quality assurance procedures, including maintenance, verification and calibration of measurement equipment.

In order to facilitate this task, ENVIRA has developed a specific computer application that allows an agile management of the maintenance and storage of the information corresponding to Quality Assurance Level 3.
