GAS SAMPLE CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
ENVIRA distributes the products of the company Ankersmid (systems of sample conditioning and collection of flue emission gases).
The Ankersmid Group has a long history of supplying emission control and gas conditioning instrumentation for extractive continuous emission monitoring systems.
These devices are designed to collect, condition and prepare emission gas samples continuously and in real time and are an essential part of extractive industrial continuous emission monitoring systems.
ASP gas sampling probes are designed for continuous gas sampling in difficult processes with high or low particulate matter gases, different temperatures and extreme humidity.
MODEL ASP 320
The probe ASP 320 has been designed for the continuous sampling of gas in denitrification processes (DeNOx) where ammonium compounds (NH3) are added to reduce the content of nitrogen oxide.
MODEL ASP 300
Probe designed for the continuous sampling of gas in denitrification processes (DeNOx) where ammonium compounds (NH3) are added to reduce the content of nitrogen oxide. It has an independent circuit for calibration and blowing for cleaning itself.
PORTABLE PROBE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF GAS SERIES APP
They are specially designed for applications that need a portable unit, reliable and usable for a wide range of applications. The whole system is inside a strong compact casing, ensuring that its components are perfectly safe and require little maintenance. The system is valid both for discontinuous and continuous sampling.
Ankersmid’s gas sample coolers are used to reduce the dew point of the wet gas and prevent condensate from entering the gas analyzer to avoid possible cross talk if the analyzer is sensitive to H2O.
Cooling system by a compressor used to lower the dew point of wet gas in stacks and industrial processes. The system is controlled by a microprocessor, which gives it high stability in the control of the temperature of heat exchangers. The temperature setpoint is adjustable between 1ºC and 15ºC.
The gas cooler by “peltier”, model APC4xx, is safe and stable, adaptable to several models of heat exchangers. Due to the state-of-the-art technology of its design, it can guarantee a highly-stable dew point, minimizing the contact time and able to measure low values of SO2.
These electrically heated sample lines of the AHL series are designed to be connected to all Ankersmid sample elements in such a way as to ensure that the gaseous components of the stream remain above their dew point, eliminating the risk of condensation.
HEATED LINES MODEL AHL
The heating lines ensure that the sample gas is channeled from the sample probe to the cooling system, maintaining it above its dew point and avoiding condensation in the system. These lines are manufactured according to the specifications of the client and with the length and diameter requested for the tubes.
