GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The performance by Envira Sostenible S.A.U. of a specific service will require a written communication from the client.
  • The stoppage of the work for a period of more than one month without a cause attributable to Envira Sostenible S.A.U., will allow Envira Sostenible S.A.U. to assess the work carried out to date and proceed to invoice it.
  • Once the invoice has been issued, the client has a period of 20 days to show their disagreement with it.
  • When the work is carried out at the customer’s premises, the customer must guarantee the safety conditions required for its correct execution.
  • These general conditions are subject to the specific conditions of the offer.
  • Prices valid with a euro/dollar parity equal to that indicated in the economic offer ±2%. Higher variations will be charged proportionally at the time of the order.

 

WARRANTY

Envira Sostenible S.A.U. warrants all equipment supplied by Envira Sostenible S.A.U. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and guarantees service for the period stated in the price quotation. All replacement parts and repairs are warranted for 90 days after purchase.

If a product does not conform to its specifications within the warranty period, Envira Sostenible S.A.U. will correct the defect by repairing or replacing the defective product.

The warranties set forth in this section shall cease to be valid in the following cases if the product:

  • It has been altered or misused, due to negligence or accident.
  • If it has been used in any manner other than in accordance with the instructions provided by Envira Sostenible S.A.U..
  • It has not been properly maintained.

Envira Sostenible S.A.U. guarantees that for a minimum period of 10 years there will be spare parts and consumables for each of the proposed equipment.

 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The responsible for the treatment of your data is ENVIRA SOSTENIBLE, S.A.U. Your data will be treated with the purpose of elaborating the budget, follow-up of the same one and in its case to proceed to carry out the requested services. The legitimacy for the use of your data is based on obtaining your consent. If the budget is not accepted it will be kept for 1 year. No data will be transferred to third parties, unless legally required. There are no plans for international transfer of your data, nor profile analysis. Likewise, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been violated.
