Nanoenvi IAQ and EQ Particular Conditions

Envira, as the manufacturer of the Nanoenvi IAQ and Nanoenvi EQ devices and focused on this activity, will not be responsible for any possible future technological consultancy for the integration of the data, nor for any possible future environmental consultancy for the interpretation of the data obtained. An evaluation and economic proposal can be requested for these purposes.

In particular, for Nanoenvi EQ, the delivery/collection date is the delivery date or ETD defined in the offer, unless this is compromised for reasons beyond Envira’s control.

The technical characteristics of the Nanoenvi IAQ and Nanoenvi EQ devices are expressly defined in the corresponding technical data sheets, which are always available in the latest version at https://envira.global/nanoenvi-iaq/ and https://envira.global/nanoenvi-eq/ respectively. The images or descriptions contained in commercial material, such as catalogues, websites or e-mails, are for information and promotional purposes only and may be subject to the modifications set out in these data sheets.

The purchase of a Nanoenvi EQ or Nanoenvi IAQ device does not include personalised training, one-off support or technical assistance by telephone or video call, either on the device or on the platform. Extended support can be requested and provided. Envira will send the user manual so that the purchaser can assess whether additional installation support or training is required before purchasing the equipment.

If the customer hires the Envira platform to visualise the data of the Nanoenvi equipment, it will be accessible during the years previously contracted. The contracting of the platform starts from the moment the Nanoenvi IAQ or Nanoenvi EQ equipment is delivered to the customer, regardless of the date of the first access to the platform by the customer.

The commissioning of the equipment (installation and configuration) is the exclusive responsibility of the customer. User, developer and/or commissioning manuals are provided for this purpose. Envira offers a free and recommended pre-configuration service for the 3G and 4G variants in the case of Nanoenvi EQ, provided that the customer sends a valid 3G or 4G mobile data card before the equipment is made available to the customer by Envira. If an extended service is required, this can be requested and quoted.

Nanoenvi EQ instruments are delivered 100% validated and calibrated by Envira technicians under controlled conditions and against reference instruments in their laboratory.

Nanoenvi EQ uses electrochemical technology to monitor the air quality gases in its AQ pack (NO, NO2, CO, O3, SO2, H2S), which can cause drifts. These drifts occur due to the chemical nature of the sensor itself, which gradually loses its components as it reacts with moisture. Envira also offers and recommends the approximate correction of these drifts.

The Nanoenvi EQ instruments are not type approved reference instruments like other analysers distributed but not manufactured by Envira, such as those from Teledyne or Siemens, so their measurements should be taken as indicative, never as accredited measurements and/or legally valid against third party claims. The reference instruments are checked fortnightly using bottles of known concentrations to adjust the true zero and other concentrations (span).

Taking all of the above into account, the minimum maintenance required for Nanoenvi EQ is the replacement of the AQ gas sensor pack every two years, if the unit has been purchased with this option. The customer can send the equipment to Envira’s offices for maintenance by our technicians, or the customer can replace the sensors himself after purchasing the new AQ pack, which will be sent by post by Envira. Any manipulation of the equipment by the customer (including the replacement of the sensors) that causes malfunctioning of the equipment or damage to any of its components will relieve Envira of any liability, as there is an official replacement service offered by Envira’s technicians in our own facilities.
