Teledyne Air Quality Monitors are environmental monitoring instruments that incorporate air pollution detection technology. These air quality monitoring systems are installed in air quality monitoring networks to measure low levels of ambient pollutants such as

AMBIENT AIR ANALYZERS - SULPHUR COMPOUNDS: SO2, H2S, TRS, TS

In immission monitoring, gas analyzers for sulphur compounds, such as sulphur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), reduced sulphur compounds (TRS) and total sulphates (TS), are used to measure and monitor the presence and concentration of these compounds and to assess air quality in areas close to sources of pollutant emissions.

The most commonly used devices are SO2 analyzers and H2S analyzers.

T100U - SO2

0-5 ppb / 0-20 ppm

The Model T100U (including NumaViewTM software) is specifically designed for ultra-sensitive UV fluorescence SO2 measurements. It uses both the light and dark phases of the pulsed UV source to continuously detect and correct electronic noise for stable and sensitive performance. A hydrocarbon scrubber and advanced optical design are combined to eliminate inaccuracies due to interferences.

T100 - SO2

0-50 ppb / 0-20 ppm

The Model T100 (includes NumaViewTM Software) for SO2 measurement employs the ultraviolet fluorescence measurement principle. It has a state-of-the-art user interface that provides accurate and reliable SO2 measurements. It is certified to comply with EN 14212.

N100 - SO2

0-50 ppb / 0-20 ppm

The N100 (including NumaViewTM software) measures SO2 at low concentrations using UV fluorescence. The instrument's UV light source is continuously flashing for exceptional stability and long life. A combination of reference measurements is used during the light/dark cycles of the lamp. It has a scrubber to eliminate interference and a long life sample filter option to further improve efficiency.

T101 - H2S , SO2

0-50 ppb / 0-5 ppm

The Model T101 (including NumaViewTM software) for the measurement of H2S and SO2 uses the principle of ultraviolet fluorescence measurement. It is equipped with a catalyst at 350°C to convert H2S to SO2, measuring both alternately and displaying both readings simultaneously.

T102 - TRS , SO2

0-50 ppb / 0-10 ppm

The Model T102 (including NumaViewTM software) for the measurement of total reduced sulphur compounds uses the ultraviolet fluorescence measurement principle. It has an external converter at 850°C for measurement with over 98% efficiency. A toggle option alternately measures TRS and SO2 with both readings displayed simultaneously on the front panel.

T108 - TS

0-50 ppb / 0-20 ppm

The T108 (including NumaViewTM software) is designed to measure mixed sulphur (total sulphides) in air or CO2 gas. The instrument reading is the sum of oxidised sulphur compounds and SO2 as there is no scrubber in the system. The Model T108 consists of a Model T100 SO2 analyzer modified with special software and a Model 501TS high temperature thermal oxidiser.

AMBIENT AIR ANALYZERS - NITROGEN COMPOUNDS: NO, NO2, NH3, NOX

Nitrogen oxides (NOx) and ammonia (NH3) analyzers are used to measure and monitor the concentration of these pollutants in the environment, as well as to model and predict air quality and environmental impacts.

T500U - NO2

0-5 ppb / 0-1,000 ppm

The T500U (including NumaViewTM software) represents the latest generation of technology for true, direct measurement of NO2 in air. It uses the CAPS measurement technique, which provides excellent sensitivity, speed and accuracy of measurement, eliminating the need for catalytic conversion or reagents. It is certified to EN 14211 (2012).

N500 - NO, NO2, NOX

0-5 ppb / 0-1,000 ppb

The N500 NOX analyser (including NumaViewTM software) uses the CAPS measurement technique for the direct measurement of NO2, NOX and NO. The instrument combines direct NO2 measurement with highly efficient gas phase titration (GPT) to convert and measure the NO gas component. CAPS technology is accurate and sensitive, more efficient and reduces maintenance. It is certified to EN 14211.

T201 - NH3, NO, NO2, NOX

0-50 ppb / 0-2,000 ppb

The T201 NH3 monitor (including NumaViewTM software) combines chemiluminescence with an external converter to provide stable and reproducible measurements at low concentration levels. It provides NO, NO2, NOX and NH3 values simultaneously.

T200U - NO, NO2, NOX

0-5 ppb / 0-2,000 ppb

The Model T200U (including NumaViewTM software) for the measurement of NO, NO2 and NOX uses the chemiluminescence principle and provides ultra-sensitive measurements with a detectable lower limit at 50 ppt. This model combines a gold-plated reaction cell with improved pump performance, a special low-noise photomultiplier tube and signal conditioning for increased sensitivity.

T200 - NO, NO2, NOX

The Model T200 (including NumaViewTM software) for the measurement of nitrogen oxides (NO, NO2, NOx) uses the chemiluminescence measurement technique. The autozero system provides excellent stability and corrects any drift in real time. It is certified to EN 14211.

N200 - NO, NO2, NOX

The N200 (including NumaViewTM software) measures NO, NO2 and NOX by chemiluminescence detection. Its reaction cell technology, which uses a diffusion-based inlet nozzle to minimise the build-up of contamination on the optics, reduces maintenance and minimises drift, improving stability.

N200M - NO, NO2, NOX

0-1 ppm / 0-200 ppm

The N200 (including NumaViewTM software) measures NO, NO2 and NOX by chemiluminescence detection. Its reaction cell technology, which uses a diffusion-based inlet nozzle to minimise the build-up of contamination on the optics, reduces maintenance and minimises drift while improving stability. It is used in extractive type EMF systems.

T200M - NO, NO2, NOX

0-1 ppm / 0-200 ppm

The T200M (including NumaViewTM software) combines the chemiluminescence principle with innovative features for NO, NO2 and NOX measurement. With the option of a molybdenum converter or stainless steel NO2 thermal converter, this model can also be used in extractive CEM systems, from gas turbines to coal-fired boilers.

T200P - NOX Photolytic

0-50 ppb / 0-4,000 ppb

The T200P (including NumaViewTM software) combines the NO and NO2 chemiluminescence measurement technique with the use of a high efficiency photolytic converter (patented). Photolytic converters produce NO2 conversion efficiencies similar to molybdenum under typical ambient NO2 concentrations, but without interference. It is certified to EN 14211.

T200UP - NO, NO2, NOX

0-5 ppb / 0-2,000 ppb

Model T200UP (includes NumaViewTM software) provides trace level measurements of NO and NO2 with a detectable lower limit of 0.05 ppb using the T200U NOX analyser combined with a high efficiency photolytic converter. Recommended for direct measurement of NO2.

AMBIENT AIR ANALYZERS - CARBON COMPOUNDS: CO, CO2

Both CO and CO2 analyzers are used in air quality monitoring stations to assess the concentration of these gases in the outdoor environment. Carbon monoxide (CO) is an air pollutant that can be harmful to human health and is also associated with emissions from industrial and vehicle sources. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is also measured as an indicator of combustion sources and climate change.

T300U - CO

0-100 ppb / 0-100 ppm

The Model T300U (including NumaViewTM software) measures CO at trace levels and is specifically designed to meet the challenges of bass monitoring. It uses IR absorption with gas filter correlation to provide ultra-sensitive CO measurements. The optical bench is enclosed in a temperature controlled oven which dramatically reduces instrument noise and drift. The T300U periodically corrects its baseline by passing the sample through a heated catalytic CO scrubber. This automatic baseline function corrects for zero drift and reduces the effect of interferences.

T300 - CO

0-1 ppm / 0-1000 ppm

The T300 (including NumaViewTM software) measures CO at low concentrations using the IR energy absorbed by the gas. It uses a gas correlation filter and a high energy IR source. It is certified to EN 14626.

N300 - CO

The N300 (including NumaViewTM software) is a microprocessor-controlled analyser for determining the concentration of CO in a gas sample. The functions and controls of the instrument are managed by a series of integrated microprocessor controlled modules using a simple and reliable CAN bus communication architecture. Each module is independently assembled and calibrated, allowing for quick and easy field replacement to maximise instrument uptime.

T360 - CO2

0-2 ppm / 0-2,000 ppm

The T360 (including NumaViewTM software) measures CO2 by comparing the infrared energy absorbed by a sample with that absorbed by a reference gas. This model has excellent zero and span stability and a high signal-to-noise ratio, enabling high performance over a wide concentration range.

N360 - CO2

The N360 (including NumaViewTM software) measures CO2 by comparing the infrared energy absorbed by a sample with that absorbed by a reference sample. AMBIENT AIR ANALYZERS - OXYGEN COMPOUNDS: O2, O3

Oxygen and ozone analyzers are used in conjunction with other monitoring and analytical instruments to assess overall air quality, identify sources of pollution and take corrective action to improve air quality and protect public health. These analysers are essential tools for monitoring and controlling air pollution in outdoor environments.

T265 - O3

0-100 ppb / 0-2000 ppb

The T265 (including NumaViewTM software) measures O3 using chemiluminescence with NO as the reagent and is safe, stable and effective for all applications. The T265 combines fast response, sensitivity and stability with a simple user interface. It includes AutoZero, which provides stability by continuously correcting for zero drift. Optional zero and span valves allow automatic and unattended calibration checks.

T400 - O3

0-100 ppb / 0-10 ppm

The T400 (including NumaViewTM software) measures O3 at low levels in ambient air by UV absorption. It uses a 254 nm UV light signal and a switching valve. It is certified to EN 14625.

N400 - O3

The N400 (including NumaViewTM software) uses ultraviolet (UV) absorption to measure low levels of O3 in ambient air. Instrument functions and controls are managed by a series of integrated microprocessor controlled modules using a simple and reliable CAN bus communication architecture. T802 - O2

0-100% (paramagnetic)

The T802 (including NumaViewTM software) uses the paramagnetic measurement method together with the latest microprocessor technology to provide accurate and reliable measurements of the percentage of O2. It can be equipped with an optional CO2 sensor that measures using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR). The paramagnetic technology is non-depleting, which means there are no consumable parts and ensures consistent performance over time. No reference gas is required for calibration.

GAS CALIBRATORS

Air quality calibrators are instruments whose primary function is to produce reference gas mixtures of known accuracy, which are then used to calibrate and verify the accuracy of gas analysers used in air quality monitoring systems.

T700 Multigas Calibrator

SO2, H2S, NO, NO2, CO, O3 and others

The T700 is a microprocessor based calibrator for precision gas analysers. It incorporates high precision thermal mass flow controllers (multiple ranges available). It has up to four independent gas inputs. Optional internal integration of UV ozone generator, UV photometer and GPT (NO2) chamber. Multiple calibration sequences are programmable.

T700U Multigas Trace Level Calibrator

SO2, H2S, NO, NO2, CO, O3 and others

The T700U is a high accuracy calibrator for trace gas analysers. It is suitable for calibrating and verifying linearity at NO2 levels below 50 ppb. The Model T700U Ozone Generator operates on two ranges, high and low, to produce accurate ozone levels down to 3 ppb. The ozone concentration is measured prior to performing a GTP and has the ability to program multiple calibration sequences.

T703 Calibrator

ZERO AIR GENERATORS

A zero air generator, also known as a clean air generator, is a device used in instrumentation and calibration of measurement equipment to supply a flow of air free of contaminants and particulates. Its primary function is to provide a reference of clean, uncontaminated air for calibration, verification and testing of air analysis equipment.

T701

18 LPM a 30 PSI

It is a continuous source of clean air for calibrators that can also be used as a source of air in permeation tubes and air for FID analyzers. The regenerative dryer can produce dew points up to -20°C. It has CO and hydrocarbon eliminators. Its Modbus TCP/IP output allows monitoring the status of the dew point, the temperature of the scrubbers and the generator, and the pressure of the air outlet.

T701H

30 LPM a 30 PSI

Ultra-pure zero air generator. Ideal for calibrating ultra-low range analyzers in applications for measuring traces of pollutants. It includes a dew point sensor, an oil-less pump and scrubbers of SO2, NO, NO2, O3, SH2, NH3, CO and hydrocarbon. The regenerative dryer produces dew points up to -40°C. Its Modbus TCP/IP output can monitor the status of the dew point, the temperature of the eliminators and the generator and the pressure of the air outlet.

The portable ultra-pure zero air generator is ideal for calibrating ultra-low range analyzers in applications for measuring the bottom and traces of pollutants. It includes a dew point sensor, an oil-less pump and scrubbers of SO2, NO, NO2, O3, SH2, NH3, CO and hydrocarbon. The regenerative dryer produces dew points up to -20°C. Its internal tank guarantees the absence of "pulses" in the generation of air. Heating time: less than 30 minutes.
